AI agents and automations, live in 2-4 weeks

Working prototype before you pay. You own the code. Projects from $5,000.

Why companies call us

The work that quietly costs you a salary a year

Enquiries arrive at night and die by morning

The customer who wrote at 11pm has already booked with whoever answered first.

Your best people do data entry

Hours a week spent copying between systems, by the people you hired to think.

Growth means hiring

Every extra order needs another pair of hands, so scale costs salary before it earns margin.

What we build

Four things, done properly

We are not a platform and not a reseller. Everything below is custom software that runs on your infrastructure and belongs to you.

AI agents for support and sales

A first line that answers instantly, qualifies the enquiry, books the call and hands your team only what needs a human. Works in chat, on your site, in messengers.

Back-office automation

The recurring work nobody wants: moving data between systems, chasing statuses, preparing the same report every week. Built once, runs without you.

Document and data processing

Invoices, price lists, forms, contracts. Unstructured text in, structured records out, straight into your spreadsheet, CRM or database.

Custom CRM and integrations

When the off-the-shelf tool does not fit the way you actually work. We connect what you have or build the missing piece.

Selected work

Systems in daily use

Three of 175. Each one is running right now, and on the call we can show it live.

E-commerce / Wholesale

One post, priced and delivered to every partner

A supplier was forwarding every product to dozens of partners by hand, recalculating the price for each. Now one publication reaches all of them, each at their own rate.

How we work

From call to production in four steps

You can stop after step two and owe nothing. That is the point of it.

  1. 01

    Scope call

    30-60 min

We map the process, agree what success looks like in numbers, and name what is out of scope. You leave the call with a fixed price, not a range.

  2. 02

    Prototype

    3-5 days

A working prototype on your data, not a slide deck. If it does not convince you, we stop here and you owe nothing.

  3. 03

    Build

    2-4 weeks

Weekly demo of what runs. Integrations, admin panel, monitoring, deployment on your infrastructure or ours.

  4. 04

    Handover

    day one after launch

Source code, documentation and access transferred to you. 30 to 60 days of support included, bugs answered within 24 hours.

What you get in writing

The six answers buyers ask every agency for

Most of them are answered on the third call, if at all. Ours are here.

You own the code

Full source handed over at the end of the project. No platform licence, no per-seat fee, no lock-in. You pay for the model API and the server, nothing to us.

Prototype before you pay

We build a working prototype on your data in 3-5 days. You decide after seeing it run, not after reading a proposal.

Named engineers

The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who builds it. No handover to a junior after the contract is signed.

Answered within 24 hours

Support is a named person and a response time, not a ticket form. Critical failures get looked at the day they happen.

It runs in production or it does not count

Four out of five AI projects never reach production. We show you a system running right now and let you speak to the client using it.

Prices are published

Our rates are on the pricing page. You know the range before the first call, not after three meetings.

Questions

Asked before every project

Can we see something you have running in production right now?

Yes. On the call we show a live system and, where the client agrees, put you in touch with them directly. Every case study on this site is a system in daily use, not a pilot.

Who owns the code when we part ways?

You do. The full source, the deployment configuration and the documentation are yours at handover. Nothing runs on a licence you have to keep paying us for.

What does this cost to run after launch?

Two lines: the model API and the server. For a typical support agent that is $30-150 a month depending on volume, and the server from $10. Optional support is from $600 a month. We tell you the expected number before the build starts.

Do we get a prototype before paying?

Yes. We build a working prototype on your data within 3-5 days of the scope call. If it does not do what you need, the project stops there at no cost.

Who actually does the work?

A small team of four. You meet the engineer on the scope call and that is the person who writes the code. We take three to four projects a month so nobody is spread across ten.

What happens when it breaks at 9pm?

Every system ships with monitoring and alerting. During the support window a failure is looked at within 24 hours, and critical paths have a fallback so your customers see a human rather than an error.

Tell us about a project that failed.

We scoped a support agent for a client whose product catalogue lived in three systems that disagreed with each other. The prototype worked, the data did not. We stopped at the prototype stage and told them to fix the catalogue first. They did, and we shipped six months later. Charging for the build would have been the wrong call.

Where are you based?

Yerevan, Armenia. UTC+4, which is two to three hours from most of Europe and a normal morning overlap with the US East Coast. Contracts and invoices come from an Armenian entity, payments by bank transfer or Wise.

Tell us what eats your week

Twenty minutes on a call is enough to say whether this is worth building, what it would cost and how long it takes. If it is not worth building, we will say that too.

Three to four projects a month. If the calendar is full, we say so on the first call.
